Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MR. DOGFACE. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet our return criteria. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Return Timeframe

Standard Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Returns initiated after this period may not be accepted.

Holiday Periods: For items purchased during holiday seasons (November-December), the return period may be extended. Please check your order confirmation for specific dates.

3. Items Eligible for Return

  • Items with manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items received (our error)
  • Damaged items during shipping
  • Items that don't match the description

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Digital products and subscriptions
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked)
  • Gift cards and promotional items

4. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Log into your MR. DOGFACE account and navigate to your order history.

Step 2: Select the item(s) you wish to return and click "Request Return."

Step 3: Provide a reason for the return and any additional details.

Step 4: Once approved, you'll receive a return authorization and shipping label (if applicable).

5. Return Shipping

Free Returns: If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns initiated by the customer (change of mind, etc.), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Please use the provided return shipping label when available. Items returned without proper authorization may experience delays in processing.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time.

Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund for the item price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item and place a new order. We'll process your return refund, and you can use those funds for your new purchase.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at mr.dogface143@gmail.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

9. Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you cancel your subscription within the first 7 days of a new subscription or renewal, you may be eligible for a prorated refund. Please contact customer service for assistance with subscription-related refunds.
